Used to measure the solar cell's spectral response, while the cell is biased under standard (white) illumination or unbiased. High precision measurement is based on chopped light and independant lock-in amplifiers for device-under-test and reference detector.

Key feautures:
- stand-alone equipment with multiple light sources for PV measurements for spectral range 400nm to 1100nm (standard) and 300nm to 2000nm (extended)
- also offered as an upgrade to existing Spectra-Nova Cell Testers
- built accordingly to IEC 60904-8 Standard
- band pass filter or monochromator based
- cell spectral response and external quantum efficiency with bias
- cell spectral reflectivity and internal quantum efficiency optional
- simultaneous measurement of the cell and reference detector
- simple calibration with pyroelectric radiometer
- measurement can be performed at different operator-selected temperature
