Cristian looks after the engineering department, in addition to being the company president and is a co-founder of the company.
Cristian has a broad background in photovoltaics research and development and holds a Ph.D, and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Romania.
Douglas A Robinson, P.Eng., Vice President Business Development
Doug looks after all of the day-to-day activities surrounding the business, including marketing, communications and investor relations. He is a co-founder.
Doug holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University at Kingston (Canada), and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Tanja Ivankovic, Chief Designer
Tanja looks after all of the mechanical designs for the equipment . She is a longtime member of the Spectra-Nova team.
Tanja holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University, Niš, former Yugoslavia.
Patrice Major , Senior Electrical Technologist
Patrice looks after general electrical/electronic work and assemblies including testing the products before shipping to the customers. He also takes part in customer support at the customer's location.
Patrice holds a DCS in Electrical Engineering Technology from College de l'Outaouais, Gatineau, Québec, Canada.
Steven Lantz, Senior Mechanical Technician
Steven is a skilled technician with a deep knowledge of machining, precision mechanics and prototyping. He has hands-on experience with solar equipment installation and applications.
Steven holds an Industrial Mechanics Diploma from Humber College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Logan Michaud , Electro-mechanical Technician
Logan has a background in automation, pneumatics and Programmable Logic Controllers. Logan is also part of the customer support team for on-site assistance and servicing.
Logan has a Diploma in Electro-mechanical Engineering Technology, specializing in robotics and automation from Algonquin College, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
